Vtrim I Getting Started
A 12 week online program that introduces you to the Vtrim model of expert facilitation, peer support and food and fitness management. Clinical results have demonstrated 1-2 pounds of weight loss per week.
Vtrim Programming Includes:
- Comprehensive 12 week behavior-modification programs, led by expert facilitators, most of whom are RD’s or Master’s Level Counselors
- Small, closed-group format: 1 facilitator per 12-20 clients
- Individualized Calorie Goal: 1-2 lbs lost/week
- Online, interactive journaling program
- Recipe and menu building, integrated with calorie calculator and journaling program
- Personalized graduated exercise program: building up to 2000 calories/week
- Online group support: both peer and expert
- Weekly guidance, feedback and accountability from facilitators via website and e-mail

Anyone who’s taken a road trip knows the importance of a plan. Maps help. Paying attention to speed limits, road signs, landmarks, the gas gauge, and turn signals (yours and others) all contribute to a successful trip. You anticipate the unexpected and alter course when needed. Now imagine if you were taking a trip—to a healthier lifestyle. You have a goal, a destination, and you need a map, a plan, a strategy, a series of smaller, doable steps. In this lesson you will learn how to set goals that will set you up for success as well as create a personal roadmap for reaching your goals.
