Vtrim II Digging Deeper
A 12 week online program that capitalizes on lessons learned in Vtrim I and pushes you to further behavior change, additional weight loss and the adoption of lifelong healthy behaviors. Clinical results have demonstrated 1-2 pounds of weight loss per week.
Vtrim II Programming Includes:
- Comprehensive 12 week behavior-modification programs, led by expert facilitators, most of whom are RD’s or Master’s Level Counselors
- Small, closed-group format: 1 facilitator per 12-20 clients
- Individualized Calorie Goal: 1-2 lbs lost/week
- Online, interactive journaling program
- Recipe and menu building, integrated with calorie calculator and journaling program
- Personalized graduated exercise program: building up to 2000 calories/week
- Online group support: both peer and expert
- Weekly guidance, feedback and accountability from facilitators via website and e-mail
