- Vtrim is a 12-week program and meets once a week for 1 hour online.
- Classes are conveniently scheduled at lunchtime or early evening weeknights.
- Customized class times are available for groups of 12-20.
How The Program Works for Employers
There are two ways to pay for Vtrim:
•Payroll Deduction: Employee’s receive a 15% discount when you sign up for payroll deduction by sending Vtrim a list of interested participants. Vtrim will sign up participants and send your company an invoice. Employees pay $55/pay period for 12 weeks when you sign up for payroll deductions.
• Employee Self Enrollment: Employees receive a 10% off discount code to enroll on their own, at the cost of $355. Flexible spending accounts can be used to pay for Vtrim with a letter of medical necessity.
