This may be less weight than you perceive you need to lose, but it makes a significant difference.

For instance, an overweight 200 pound person could lose between 10-20 pounds and see a significant drop in blood pressure, improved  blood glucose control and a greater feeling of energy and vitality. And that will be motivation to stay with the program and lose more weight.

Eighty three percent of individuals who complete the Vtrim Program lose at least 5% of their initial weight and 33% lose greater than 10%.
