Vtrim is the product of 20 years of research and development at the University of Vermont. Dr. Jean Harvey-Berino, Vtrim’s founder and lead researcher has received $8 million in National Institutes of Health funding to perfect Internet Assisted Weight Management treatment. Dr. Harvey-Berino’s team was the very first to put research-based weight loss online—yep, they did it first. How’s that for credible?

Vtrim provides you with the exact weight loss program typically reserved for clinical research trials. For 12 weeks, classes meet online once/week for an hour of interactive learning. Classes consist of 12-20 students, all working on similar personal goals to improve health behaviors. In addition to the support gained through the group setting, students receive individualized guidance throughout the program from their facilitator. The balance of the week is spent journaling and exercising independently. In short, Vtrim represents the very best in healthy weight management: expert guidance, peer support and research-based programming.
